My Approach
I am very enthusiastic about the benefits of the technique and keen to share my knowledge! My approach is calm, respectful, and gentle.

My practice is in my home in Morningside. There is lift access and parking is available.
I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8.30am to 2pm;
Fridays 8.30am to 12.00 and on alternate Saturday mornings.

If you think I may be right for you or if you would like more information please get in touch.

A typical lesson
Lessons are one-to-one: with a gentle non-invasive hand and verbal instructions I will guide you through changing balance and co-ordination.

What you get
Gradually you will achieve greater sensory awareness of your movements and improved conscious control in how you navigate daily life.

This is psychophysical unity at its best!

How much work is involved?
Any skill takes time and commitment to learn. You will have to work at it, both in lessons and on your own. How much work you put in is entirely up to you.
What I am not
I am not medically trained and the Alexander Technique does not offer a quick-fix cure, nor is it a therapy.
